1. Civil Supervisor
Work Location: West Papua
Status Employment: Contract Project Base
Job Description:
• Monitor subcontractor and supervise at site for progress and quality for civil work
• Understand Civil work Scope (Earth Work, Backfilling and Compaction, Pilling, Excavation, rebar installation, concrete work)
• Coordination with subcontractor for Material, Equipment, and Man Power
• Check drawing (Approved for Construction) before Implementation to Site and coordination with engineering team
• Check all Permit to Work (PTW) include JSA, Method Statement, etc.
• Doing Tool Box Meeting (TBM) with subcontractor
• Making daily report actual progress and check with schedule target
• Daily meeting internal and external with subcontractor
• Understanding specification for Civil work and HSE procedure
• To enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures in other to ensure the excellent safety record and encourage employee participation in health and safety matters in other to comply with statutory requirements and EHS expectation
• Oversee the day-to-day activities
• Support issue resolution and improvements in a multidiscipline environment
Requirements:
• Min. D3/ Bachelor Degree holder in Civil / Structural Engineering or related discipline

2. Instrument / Electrical Supervisor
Work Location: West Papua

Job Description:
• Ensure that all C&I/E Construction constructors supervision, subcontractor, and manpower are instructed in and comply with all aspects of Health, Health Safety Security and Environments (HSSE) Policy, Site regulations, permit to work procedures and instructions
• Review and monitor the availability of drawing, specifications, job instruction , materials deliveries and tools applicable to the particular discipline and area of work
• Inform the Discipline Superintendent on specific areas where the program needs to be adjusted in accordance with the site conditions and material deliveries
• Responsible for monitoring the discipline and timekeeping of constructors staff and labor in a defined work area, identifying any disciplinary action required and informing the relevant discipline Superintendent
• In Conjunction with the Constructors Supervision, planning engineers, and the Construction Engineer, develop detailed daily and weekly work plans in accordance with the overall planning schedule
• Ensure that the I/E&C Construction constructors working within the discipline adhere strictly to the latest Approved for Construction (AFC) project drawings, Specifications, ITPs, Procedures and Site Instructions

3. SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations) Supervisor
Work Location: West Papua
Status Employment: Contract Project Base
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Work activities and Work Permit Preparation phase:
• He Participates actively to all SIMOPS meeting / SIMOPS Dossier and regulation / prejob/kick-off meetings / JSA / RA / planning / schedule
• He liaises with all different Departments to share information and communication with various parties involved.
• He helps in anticipation of Interaction and potential conflict of activities / priority / Minimize down time between Production issue & Project target & other Department activities
• When the work activities are defined and the Work Permit is issued under the Performing Authority responsibility, the SIMOPS Coordinator needs to verify the conformity of PTW as per SIMOPS Matrix and verify the non-conflicting condition.
• He reviews the Work Permit with associated documents and ensure there conformity such as procedure, Risk Assessments, proper P&ID as per CSTS standards and codes of practice to facilitate its approval and validation by the Approval Authority
• He ensures the manpower involved for the job is adequate and that the maximum POB of the concerned Area will be respected.
• He is responsible to liaise with the different Performing Authorities and delegates for the different services such as Maintenance, Inspection, Construction and the different specialist Team Leaders for the different activities and the interfaces with production.
• He gives advices concerning the segregation of work Permits according to the importance of the work to be performed and its characteristics (Hot Work, Cold Work, type of Preventive Maintenance, operation requiring Work Permits with Multi tasks, work in work shop…
• He identifies together with the Area Authority and the HSE Rep. the adequate precautions and control measures to be implemented on site in order to minimize the risk ALARP.
Work on site phase:
• Once the PTW are approved by the Approval Authority, the SIMOPS Coordinator is responsible to gather all PTW for the SIMOPS the day the work is planned in order to manage the PTW
• He carries out regular visits on the SIMOPS site to liaise with SIMOPS CSTS/Area Authority and evaluates the safety standards and working practices.
• He checks all Interactions and potential conflicts of activities on site with the different delegate of Performing Authorities
• Verify the Work Permit conformity on site with appropriates signatures, inhibit and isolation certificates and registers.
• Actively contributes to the Permit to Work Audit process.
• Follow some Daily Tool Box Meeting and advises specific issues and actions to the Working team leaders based on his experience.
The key to the success of the SIMOPS Coordinator position is to ensure a clear communication between all parties involved within the SIMOPS area and activities and PTW system Management as there must be a high level of visibility between the different activities at the same work site.
• To guarantee the respect of the SIMOPS rules and regulation according to the Company safety rules and to ensure that they are implemented by all parts
• To manage the Interactions on the defined SIMOPS area with the role to gather all information concerning interventions in SIMOPS area, PTW system, process conditions, mechanical, electrical and instrument isolations or inhibition

4. Position: LIFTING ENGINEER
Minimum Education: University graduate from reputable university
Working Experience: More than 7 years in similar position / field

Required Working Skill / Qualification / Certification:
a. Expert knowledge in Lifting Equipment inspection/certification and Rigging activities.
b. Working knowledge of International Codes & Standards, Company specifications, statutory regulations related to Lifting Equipment.
Brief Job Description:
a. He shall be responsible, competent and capable of successfully managing the Lifting Equipment Inspection/certification contract.
b. Coordinating for Lifting equipment Bi-annual inspection/certification program and Ad-hoc inspection certification requirements.
c. Responsible for organizing and scheduling of Third Party Lifting equipment certification for all Company lifting equipment as per Company policy.
d. Supervises the activities of Lifting Equipment Engineers / Inspectors and performs supervisory duties at the level established for the position
e. Liaising with maintenance team and Crane Inspectors / Crane and Lifting Gears Inspection representatives on a daily basis
f. Provide technical consultation/clarification on the Lifting equipment implementation program and Lifting Equipment Manual.
