Some of your duties will include:
• To co-ordinate and Coordinated the all crews activity to achieve production target with safety condition, Safe environment, and Safe for Everyone in workplace Area
• Achieve daily targets of machine utilization for their area and ensure that crews are achieving productivity target for their area
• Ensure the traffic sign is installed on required area proper and correctly. Especially on intersection and when there is a breakdown unit on the road.
• Implementation of standard of safety berm and width of the road.
• Can be backup activity in Coal and Project team as per delegate from management
What skills and experience do you need?
• Applicants should have a minimum graduated from Senior High School or Degree in Mining/Civil Engineering is preferred; requires a minimum 5 years’ professional experience in similar role as Supervisor Mining in large open cut mining operation;
• Mining heavy industry experience is essential; could operate mining equipment;
• Good leadership and people management skills preferably with training in staff supervision; have ability in resource planning and OHS&E supervision; excellent interpersonal and communication skills for both oral and written in English; be able to operate computer; conflict resolution; sound decision making skills; Posses POP (Pengawas Operasional Pratama) certification at Mine and Energy Department; be able to work on shift roster (day and night shift).
SUPERVISOR AUTO ELECTRICAL – 926493

Some of your duties will include;
• Efficient and effective organization and management in the Plant department especially in HV electric All building facilities
• Management of Safety and Environmental Program within in the East electrical section.
• Lead and organize Leading Hand and members of East electrical section to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in good quality work and people performance.
• Actively to support achievement of All building facilities budget and Key Performance goals.
• Provision of timely and complete hand-over of all East electric supervisor authority and duties to Peers.
• Communicate openly and honestly at all times with MSJ operation, other section in All building facilities and other department relations
• Ensure that the electrical section goals are achieved.
• Accurate completion of daily east electrical reports and prompt submission to the planner for data entry, Ensuring accurate breakdown hour’s information is provided
• Ensure all accurate maintenance report, completion of job and inspection sheets are implemented completed properly and submit to the planner.

SENIOR SUPERVISOR MECHANIC – 926494

Some of your duties will include;
• To ensure that the Maintenance Department goals are achieved MA>90 %, MTBS>60 hours Zero LTI, by following the procedures which are set up in Company Management System.
• Communication and reporting. Ensure maximum communication levels are maintained between workshop and operations personnel regarding breakdowns safety issues, and prioritizing of equipment repairs.
• Ensure to accurate the completion of daily breakdown report for reviewing by the Senior Supervisor before end of shift every day.
• Analysis of component condition and recommendation of parts required. Ensure that the correct procedures are used when breakdowns and failures troubleshooting.
• Ensure all WOs open status have been compared with current break down equipment to make sure all WOs are controlled and closed if the job has been done.
• Review DOOD (Daily Outstanding Operator Defect), SOS report, mechanical inspection are analysed and reviewed and also ensure it is submitted in daily complete with the part recommendation. Ensure the mechanic raises the list of part recommended accurately to address all backlog, breakdowns and planned maintenance.
• Ensure all break down machine are reported in OCDC, and all information repair description, coding, start and finish have been filled in OCDC correctly.
• Prepare parts equipment and manpower for planned work and shutdown days, Ensure all repairs are carried out in an effective cost and timely manner.
• Investigation and reporting of all accident damage to all equipment in the field and associated area, this is included with the operator abuse.
• Make a safe working environment for all employees by ensuring all activities are carry out according to the work procedures in the Company Management System, JSEAs are relevant and all hazards are controlled.
• Ensure that there is no impact for the environment from the activities that are carried out to operate and repair equipment by ensuring that the procedures in the Company Management System are followed.
• Ensure that all maintenance tasks are carried out in a safe and make sure subordinate understand of our objectives and Thiess policies, and address all safety information to crew.
• Ensure all the disciplinary actions are issued as required in accordance with the GBU Mine Regulations.

• Minimum Senior High School, Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Trade Specialist is preferred; requires a minimum 8 years’ professional experience in similar role as Senior Supervisor Mechanic with relevant qualification in Mechanical & Auto Electrical HE Repair and Plant Supervision in mining industry, planning of daily shut down schedule and breakdown repair; mechanical & auto electrical repair experience in all round unit. diagnostic skill in all aspects of electrical repairs;

Some of your duties will include;
• Ensure the accurate completion of daily servicing reports, crews shift reports, SOS report and review equipment services sheets.
• Ensure all breakdown machine are reported in OCDC and all information repair description, coding, start and finish have been filled correctly
• Analysis of component condition and recommendation of investigation required
• Prepare parts equipment and manpower for planned work and shutdown days, ensure all maintenance all maintenance are carried out in a cost effective and timely manner
• Monitoring daily servicing schedule, ensure greasing and air cleaner are serviced at the correct intervals and notify the superior if any changes is required
• Ensure that all refueling task are scheduled and socialized with fuelman crew and service crew to carry out in a safe, and minimize the spillage
• Ensure all disciplinary actions are issued as required in accordance with the Melak rules and government regulations and maintenance department rules
What skills and experience do you need?
• Have minimum Senior High School or Technical High School in mechanical/electrical, with minimum 5 years in Servicing, repair and supervision in the mining industry, planning of daily and scheduled servicing
• Servicing repair experiences in Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, Redrill, Iveco & Scania
• Having good Logical Thinking, People handling skills in all aspects of electrical repairs

SUPERVISOR MECHANIC – 926473

Some of your duties will include;
• Ensure that maintenance department goals are achieved and plant preventive maintenance policies and procedures are implemented
• Compilation of Weekly and fortnightly planned work that is allocated.
• Prepare for planned work in conjunction with maintenance plan.
• Reassign manpower as minor changes to plan. Schedule to accommodate breakdown repairs, and prioritization from mining department as requested by Plant Superintendent / Plant Site Manager
• Ensure all parts required for breakdowns and know work are ordered promptly and their progress checked regularly with Senior supervision and planning
• Ensure correct manpower levels for shutdown work with planning department
• Ensure work is completed on time and operations are notified
• Ensure completed equipment is registered with plant dispatcher and transferred to the GO-LINE
• Ensure that all employees under your control follow the dispatch procedure.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Minimum Senior High School, or Mechanical Trade Specialist is preferred;
• Familiar with Heavy equipment: Medium Truck (Volvo, Iveco, Scania), Pump (Sykes, Goodwin, Multiflo), Genset & L/Tower (Lighting Tower 22.5 kVA , Hartech, Cat)

• 10-year experience in mechanical repair and supervision in the mining industry.

EOI SUPERINTENDENT PLANT OPERATIONS – 926442

Some of your duties will include:
• To ensure that the maintenance department goals are achieved, by following the procedures set out in the TMS.
• Communication and reporting. Ensure maximum communication levels are maintained between workshop and operations personnel regarding breakdowns safety issues, and prioritizing of equipment repairs.
• Ensure that all area supervisors accurately complete daily breakdown reports, supervisors shift report, PCR’s for submission the planning and administration before 8am every day. Ensure accurate breakdown hours information is provided
• Analysis of component condition and recommendation of parts required. Ensure correct procedures used when troubleshooting breakdowns and failures
• Review operator’s checklist summary and mechanical inspection sheets, ensure submission to planning department with repair and parts recommendation. Ensure supervisors and mechanic raise recommended parts lists accurately to address all known work, breakdowns, and planned maintenance
• Planning and co-ordination of shut down work in cooperation with planning department. Ensure all repairs are carried out in a cost effective and timely manner
• Investigation and reporting of all accident damage to all equipment in the field and associated area, this includes operator abuse
• Ensure a safe working environment for all employee by ensure all activities are carry out according to the work procedures in the TMC and the project management plan
• Ensure that there is no impact on the environment from the activities that are carried out to operate and repair equipment by ensuring that the procedures in the TMS and Site Management plan are followed
• Ensure that all maintenance tasks are carried out in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Mechanical Engineer or Ex Apprentice
• Minimum 10 years industry mining maintenance experience.
• People handling skill diagnostic skills in all aspects of mechanical repairs.
• Mechanic experience on Thiess equipment e.g. Cat, Komatsu, Liebherr, Coal hauling and lifting equipment.
• Knowledge of welding procedures
• IT Literacy
