WELLHEAD PLATFORM works

  1. Senior QA/QC Coordinator
  • Have strong knowledge of Code & Standard for the following:
    a. Welding Procedure and examination
    b. Cranes and Lifting equipment
    c. Heavy Equipment for Civil and Earth Work
    d. Leak Test Equipment
    e. Portable Compressor & Rotating Equipment
    f. Portable Welding Machines
    g. NDT Equipment
    h. Rope Access Tools (RAT)
    i. Blasting, Painting and Coating Equipment Package
    j. Insulation Equipment
  • Engineering background with relevant experiences in steel structural inspection.
  • Good written and spoken English language communication skill.
  1. Welding Inspector
  • Mechanical or structural engineering background;
  • Have experience in Jacket & Topside facilities fabrication
  • Have a good understanding and interpretation of any international standard/code for welding such as ASME, AWS, API etc.;
  • Familiar with MIGAS regulations and hold AWS Certified Welding Inspector or CSWIP 3.1 in addition to B4T/Migas Welding Inspector;
  • Good written and spoken English language communication skill.
  1. Mechanical/ Piping Inspector
  • Mechanical or structural engineering background;
  • Have a good understanding and interpretation of standard/code for lifting equipment such as ASME, API, ANSI etc.;
  • Familiar with MIGAS regulations and hold MIGAS certificate for lifting equipment or from accredited training institution;
  • Familiar with MIGAS regulations and hold a valid Migas Rotating Equipment Inspector certificate
  • Hold ASNT Level II certificate or equivalent for one of four NDT method (RT, UT, MPI, DPT);
  • Having experience Mechanical & piping works in platform fabrication;
  • Good written and spoken English language communication skill.
  1. Pressure Vessel Inspector
  • Mechanical or structural engineering background;
  • Have a good understanding and interpretation of standard/code for pressure vessel such as ASME, API, ANSI etc.;
  • Familiar with MIGAS regulations and hold MIGAS certificate for Pressure Vessel inspector or from accredited training institution;
  • Hold ASNT Level II certificate or equivalent for one of four NDT method (RT, UT, MPI, DPT);
  • Good written and spoken English language communication skill
  1. Electrical/Instrument Inspection/Control System Inspector
  • Electrical or instrument engineering background;
  • Hold a valid certificate of MIGAS, ATEX and COMPEX
  • Strong knowledge of HAZARD Area, ATEX and EX Standard and understanding in interpretation of standard/code for electrical such as NFPA, NEMA, IEC, IEEE, API, ASME, ANSI etc;
  • Familiar with MIGAS regulations and strong knowledge of testing method for electrical equipment such as MCC, switchgear, power generation equipment etc;
  • Having experience E/I works in topside platform fabrication
  • Good written and spoken English language communication skill
  1. Painting & Coating Inspector
  • Having certificate NACE level-II or FROSIO level-II
  • Experience in fabrication & installation of: jacket, topside
  • Familiar & expertise in CLASS standard for coating: ABS, DNV, and international standard
  • Good written and spoken English language communication skill

Offshore PIPELINE works

  1. Pipeline Inspector
  • Mechanical or structural engineering background;
  • Have experience “tie-in hot tap” works: review calculation & procedure, offshore work execution
  • Have experience pipeline works at: engineering, fabrication, and installation
  • Have a good understanding and interpretation of standard/code for onshore/offshore pipeline such as DNV/ABS , API and other standard/code of ASME, ANSI etc.;
  • Familiar with MIGAS regulations and hold MIGAS certificate for pipeline or from accredited training institution such as DNV/ABS etc.;
  • Hold ASNT Level II certificate or equivalent for one of four NDT method (RT, UT, MPI, DPT);
  • Having certificate NACE level-II or FROSIO level-II
  • Experience in concrete coating & installation of pipeline
  • Familiar & expertise in CLASS standard for coating: ABS, DNV, and international standard
  • Good written and spoken English language communication skill

FPU works

  1. Marine Hull Inspector
  • Engineering background, preferably from Naval Architect;
  • Familiar with international codes and standard of marine & shipping such as ABS/DNV, SOLAS, MARPOL etc.;
  • Have experiences in fabrication & installation vessel (hull construction), chain stopper, mooring system;
  • Expertise in process certification of CLASS (ABS/DNV), MIGAS, HUBLA, HUBUD (helicopter);
  • Good written and spoken English language communication skill.
  1. Topside Fabrication Inspector
  • Engineering background
  • Familiar with international codes and standard of marine & shipping such as ABS/DNV, SOLAS,
  • MARPOL etc.
  • Experiences in fab. & installation topside facilities at Floating Production Unit (FPU)/ FPSO
  • Have experiences in fabrication, installation, commissioning, and startup at FPU topside facilities
  • Expertise in process certification of CLASS (ABS/DNV), MIGAS, HUBLA, HUBUD (helicopter)
  • Good written and spoken English language communication skill
  1. Commissioning & Start-Up Inspector
  • Engineering background
  • Expertise in ESD, PSD, FGD drawing review, procedure, logic diagram
  • Experience in commissioning & startup execution in WHP/FPU/FSO
  • Familiar international standard
  • Good written and spoken English language communication skill

The following minimum qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in Technical / Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years working experience in QA/QC Inspection for Oil & Gas industry both Onshore and Offshore with the following specific requirement for:
    • Senior QA/QC Coordinator : 12 years hands on roles as Senior Quality Engineer
    • QA/QC Engineers : 10 years hands on roles as Senior Quality Engineer
    • QA/QC Inspector : 10 years hands on roles as Discipline Quality Inspector
    • Strong experience in Handover Certification and Dossier Development
  • Excellent working knowledge of national and international legislation, standards and best practices related with inspected Equipment & Tools (i.e. SAE, ISO standard, Japan Automotive standard, ASME, API, AWS, ANSI, BS, NACE, SSPC, EEMUA, LOLER 1998 and Code of Practice LEEA, IEEE, NFPA, ISA, IEC, ATEX, etc.)
  • Highly committed to highest standard of Safety and Quality.
  • Very good English communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Maximum age of 55 years old.
