Our company is a fast growing mining contracting company, seeking a suitably  qualified and experienced personnel for the following positions :

1. PROJECT MANAGER (PM)

• Managing and coordinating of the project activities,

• Managing the production target, safety and environmental,

• Develop budget forecasting and develop strategies to reduce cost,

• Compile and control the project budget,

• Develop the project report,

• Control the daily expenditure and cost of the project against  budget,

• Prepare monthly review and present to the client.

Requirements

• Site based position,

• Minimum S1 Degree in Mining Engineering or Geological Engineering,

• Minimum 8 years experience in Coal Mining Operation or 3 years experience in operation mining project at superintendent level,

• Hold the POP (Pengawas Operasional Pratama) license,

• Energetic, honest, and has integrity,

• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills,

• Fluently in English and have a good communication in English.

2. ENGINEERING SUPERINTENDENT

• Coordinate all activities for the Engineering department ensuring successful and good mining practice implementation of plan,

• Ensure the mine design is applicable and easy to implement in the field,

• Develop mine plan design to maintain & enhance productivity and safety,

• Control and evaluate the daily mining performance (productivity and fuel ratio) of Project Manager between actual vs budget,

• Guide the operation for excavating activity to get the target without overcut,

• Prepare monthly mining plan,

• Familiar with Geotech.

Requirements

• Site based position,

• Minimum S1 Degree in Mine Engineering or Geological Engineering,

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role,

• Mining software skills,

• Having POP License,

• Excellent interpersonal and project management skills.

• Passive in English.

3. MINING GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING

• Monitor,analyze & Give recommendation to mine operation for creating safe working geometry & slope geometry based on factor safety, cost & coal characteristics.

• Daily monitor of Slope stability (corporate with mining owner).

• Create effective geotechnical, hydrology & hydrogeology monitoring system to apply daily & make report.

Requirement

• Site based position.

• Bachelor degree in Geology, Mining or Civil Engineering with 1-2 years experiences as Mining Geotechnical Engineer or Diploma or below with 4-5 years experiences  as Mining Geotechncial Engineer.

• Mining software skills (mines cape, etc.).

• Willing to work independently in remote field locations,

• Understanding mining geotechnical, hydrology & hydrogeology concept.

• Able to creatively apply engineering principals to solve problems

• Highly motivated, safety oriented, and have good team work skill.

• Having POP license.

• Passive in English.

4. PIT GEOLOGIST

• Liaise with mine operations personnel to ensure the correct coal is mined.

• Work Closely with mine planning engineers in developing mining schedules and mine plans.

• Updating the geological model with pit and field mapping and drill hole data on a timely basis.

• Involvement in exploration programs onsite and in development projects.

Requirement

• Site based position.

• S1 Degree Geology.

• Minimum of two year’s geological operations experience in resource development preferably in coal mining.

• Demonstrate good listening skills, a positive attitude and be a team player.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, deadlines and think outside the box.

• Having POP license.

• Passive in English.

5.  PLANT SUPERVISOR

• Supervise and control the activities of mining equipment maintenance and repair by overseeing the allocation of work groups or craftsmen, prioritizing equipment maintenance and repairs for ensuring that all work performed is conducted in correct procedures, a cost effective, safe and timely manner.

• Ensure the availability of materials, spare parts, consumables, tools & equipment required for maintenance and repair work execution as well as workshop and laydown environment management to comply with SHE policies, rules and regulations.

• Conduct analysis of component condition and recommendation of parts required and Liaise with related party to resolve, identity, implement and improve service, product support and equipment problems.

• Ensure all maintenance reports and documents to be completed accurately and on time.

• Conduct P5M, safety talk, weekly housekeeping and monthly equipment inspection, implementing safety health and loss control elements to minimize accidents and, or incidents at work place and make sure all SHE and regulations conducted.

Requirements

• Site based position.

• SMK Teknik Mesin or D III graduate.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Plant supervisor or 5 years experience in mining project at supervisor level.

• Hold the POP license.

• People handling diagnostic skill in all aspect of Mechanical repairs.

• Have a good leadership and communication.

• Have a good communication in English.

6.MECHANIC TRAINER

• To create efficient and accurate technical training and assessment material in line with business requirements.

• Develop classroom training and assessment materials in conjunction with maintenance training specialists.

• Develop and monitor mechanic competency development program.

• Provide advice on instructional learning and curriculum improvement,

• Review training and assessment materials and make recommendations for improvements.

• Develop new ideas to support the efficiency use of training and assessment process and content.

Requirements

• Site based position.

• SMK Teknik Mesin or D III graduate.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in mining project as technical or trainer background in Mining, Plant, Safety or other technical skills.

• Experience in training delivery and assessment processes; experience in designing, reviewing and development of training and assessment resources; ability to research internal and external safety and training information.

• Presentation skills, have self-confident, able to work under pressure.

• Have a good communication skill in English.

7. HR SUPERVISOR

• Handling personnel administration as a whole (medical claim, absence, leave permits)

• Responsible on checking daily attendance of all employees.

• Assisting recruitment on screening, invitating candidates for interview process and confirming their attendance.

• Assisting on the employee data collections, input and keeping a proper filling system.

Requirements

• Site based position.

• S1 degree in Law or related.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources.

• Computer literate.

• Demonstrated the knowledge of effective human relations and communication skills.

• Demonstrated success as a strong and visionary leader.

• Able to work under pressure.
