Vacancy (as soon as possible):
1. Painting & Surface Protection
* Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree from
Mechanical/Chemical/Metallurgical/Civil Engineering from reputable
university/Institute of Technology;
* Hold valid NACE/SSPC level III painting inspector certification;
* At least has 12 years’ experience Oil & Gas Project for inspection
of special coating hot/cold insulation, tank coating, external / internal
pipeline coating, structural and piping coating etc.;
* Have capability to read and practically understand drawings and
specifications and competent to understand of International standards such
as NACE, SSPC, ASTM, and ISO etc.
* Experience with and practical knowledge of gage control,
calibration and gagging requirements and techniques.
2. Civil
* Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable
University / Institute of Technology;
* 15 years experiences as Civil Inspector for Oil & Gas Projects;
* Preferable to hold professional certification from reputable
institution such as HAKI, ACI, PII, BNSP;
* Has experience in surveying, earthwork excavation and levelling,
concrete piling, jetty construction, roads construction, buildings
construction, bridge construction, blast resistance control room, substation
buildings, heavy concrete foundations for hydrocarbon processing equipment,
Gas Turbine & Compressor Unit, Pipe rack’s and’s Oil / fire water /waste oil
storage tanks and ponds;
* Has experience conducting Soil Sampling, and testing checks in
formation, general fill, sub base and road base materials;
* Has experience in concrete mix design checks, including aggregate
and cement sampling and testing;
* Has experience in Asphalt mix design check, including aggregate
and bitumen sampling and testing;
* Able and experience conducting condition survey for any renovation
and upgrade. investigate loading requirements and strength of concrete;
* Has experience in inspection of Concrete works for building/
structural/ paving/ fire proofing (Fibre, concrete) sloped areas;
* Has experience in inspection of cementations grouting for
structure / anchors/dowels/storage tanks, pipe rock foundations etc.;
* Has experience in inspection of epoxy grouting for equipment’s
installation;
* Competent to understand of equipment preservation requirements and
its position in the integrated preservation process;
* Have capability to read and practically understand drawings and
specifications and competent to understand of statutory regulation and
relevant international standards for soil testing, concrete, and steel
structure.
3. Structural
* Minimum S1 (Bachelor) degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical
Engineering from reputable University / Institute of Technology;
* Preferable Hold Welding Inspector Certificate, such as : valid
CSWIP 3.2.1. or SCWI certificate;
* Preferable Hold at least 2 methods of NDT level II in either RT,
UT, MT or PT valid certificates as per SNT-TC-1A from reputable Institution
such as CSWIP, PCN, ASNT or National Certification Institution or
equivalent;
* 15 years experiences in structural inspection activities in
buildings, tunnels, bridges, sub stations and identify any evidences of
structural deterioration, movement or deformation, verify quality
construction on all structural concrete, evaluating their impact on
integrity of the structure in oil and Gas Major Projects
* Competent to understand of equipment preservation requirements and
its position in the integrated preservation process;
* Have capability to read and practically understand drawings and
specifications and competent to understand of government regulation and
relevant international standards such as ANSI, API, ASME, ASTM, and ISO;
