Automation Engineer (Point Of Hire Jakarta)
Responsibilities :
• Programming PLC and HMI based on control philosophy, logic matric, sequence, and flow chart system to maximize solution and services given to customers.
• Analyzing customer’s problem and troubleshooting to give best solution to customers.
• Providing advice and consultancy support.
• Conduct and develop training program (in PLC).
Requirements :
• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics from reputable university.
• Have minimum 3 years experiences in electrical and automation business, i.e. oil and gas company; mining company, etc.
• Have a good knowledge of PLC and automation system
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication
• Willing to travel in Indonesia Region and overseas
• Have driving license A is preferable

• Prepare engineering design in the area of instrumentation (Specification, Material Calculation, Datasheet, IO List, etc)
• Developing, installing, testing, calibrating, managing and/or maintaining instrumentation equipment
• Providing advice and consultancy support
Requirements :
• Bachelor Degree in Physics Engineering, Physics Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering from reputable university
• Have a good knowledge of instrument equipment, multiple calibration process, P&ID Diagram and basic automation system
• Have minimum 5 years experience in retail electrical business and have a good relationship with electrical supplier and retailer; oil and gas company; mining company, etc.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication
• Willing to travel in Indonesia Region and overseas (roster 6-2)
• Have driving license A is preferable
Product Specialist
Responsibilities :
• Analyze competitive marketplace and industry trends to accordingly develop business strategies for revenue generation.
• Work with sales team to identify new customers and to retain existing customers.
• Support sales team in developing sales and marketing strategies for profitability.
• Conduct product trainings to sales team.
• Assist in new product introduction and release activities.
• Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic.
• Maintain complete documentations for all product related activities.
Requirements :
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics Instrumentation.
• Have minimum 3 years experiences as Product or Technical Specialist.
• Have robust knowledge about drive and automation product.
• Well proven technical and interpersonal skill and strong analytical capabilities.

Project Manager
Responsibilities :
• Prepare project scope and specification.
• Lead a team to ensure the project run as plan and in timely manner.
• Establish project schedule, work assignment, and project monitoring.
• Ensure the project run along with customer policy and HSE manual.
Requirements :
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics Instrumentation
• Maximum 40 years old
• Have minimum 2 years experiences as project manager
• Have minimum 5 years experiences in handling electrical and automation project in oil and gas customer.
• Result oriented, target driven, and high achievement motivation
• Able to work independently, proactive, and have good problem solving
• Possess good interpersonal skill
• Willing to be assigned in remote area
Application Engineer (Point of Hire Jakarta)
Responsibilities :
• Review and analyze customer specifications and data from other departments to compile information for bids and prepare Bill of Material (BOM) & Bill of Quantity (BOQ) according to customers’ requirements.
• Prepare cost estimates for new bids, contract changes and request for quotations by utilizing basic engineering data, drawings, customers’ specifications and related information.
Requirements :
• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from reputable university.
• Have minimum 4 years of working experience in Industrial Automation project.
• Have experience in tender bidding and proposal preparation.
• Well proven technical and interpersonal skills also strong analytical capability.
• Highly motivated.
• Shall be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Sales Engineer (Point of Hire Jakarta)
Responsibilities :
• Design and implement effective ways to create the request of the products / solutions (such as panel, PLC, inverter, and protection system) in order to ensure the achievement of challenging business goals.
• Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs, then leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs.
• Persuade clients that our product or service best satisfy their needs in term of quality, price, and delivery.
• Establish aggressive and effective overall sales and marketing implementation plan by considering market trends, customers, competitors, and industry.
• Establish a vision for committed, loyal, long-term customer relationships and implementing the necessary steps to reach the shared vision.
Requirements :
• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics from reputable university
• Minimum 3 years work experience as Sales Engineer

Responsibilities :
• Design and implement recruiting strategy to provide shortlisted candidates in accordance with man power plan.
• Design and review job description for all position.
• Review and maintain organization design and structure.
• Manage human resource database and provide reports to management.
Requirements :
• Bachelor Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
• Have minimum 4 years experiences in handling recruitment process, preferably from EPC, oil and gas companies, and mining company.
• Self starter and highly motivated person.
