1. Position Title: Site HSE Supervisor

Cilegon, 6 months renewal

The minimum requirement are as follow:

Graduate from University ( S1) in Engineering

Experiences in HSE for project  Onshore, Offshore , Petrochemical more than 5 years

Experience in Brown filed will be advantage

Good HSE skill such as : HIRADC , PTW , LOTO, Risk assessment , Incident Investigation, Fire Fighting , First aid , MADIVAC , DRILL

Certify AK3 Umum

internal auditor OHSAS18001 and ISO14001

Vendor/Sub Contractor  assessment

Equipment/site/ Tool Inspection , Colour coding

Journey management

Responsibilities :

Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.

Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.

Support the HSE Manager in ensuring HSE compliance onshore and perform regular HSE audits in the areas of business .

Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters.

Provide support to the dept on the implementation of Company-wide HSE initiatives eg. ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc

Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirements

Ensure training, tool box meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s training and HSE program, i.e. emergency response systems, etc.

Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the Regional HSE Manager for promulgation to the management

Manage Safety Statistic reporting within Singapore. Track and provide regular HSE performance reporting to QHSE Manager

Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees.

Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company policies and safety standards.

2. Position Title: Site Project Control

Cilegon; 6 months renewal

5 Years experiences as Project Control Engineer.

Graduated from reputable university (S-1) preferably from Civil Engineering.

Experienced on developing and maintaining EPC Project Schedule preferably from Petrochemical Project

Experienced to prepare Project Control measurement, update construction progress, report and analyze (schedule & cost) actual progress and forecasting.

Knowledge of Primavera P6 software or Microsoft Project.

Will be considered as local hire in Cilegon

3. Position Title: Site Civil Supervisor

Cilegon, 6 months renewal

The minimum requirement are as follow:

Preferable local hire (Cilegon)

Possess valid WSQ Supervise Workplace Safety & Health

Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering

At least 9 years experiences in similar position

Familiar with local authority requirements

Strong in supervision of construction activities in Petrochemical Plant

Good knowledge in construction safety and permit to work procedure including quality issues

Good knowledge in reading and interpretation of Civil & Structural drawings

Responsibilities :

Responsibilities to coordinating and supervision of installation, testing and inspection of:

Piling Work

Support Foundation (such as Pipe, Structure Steel and Equipment Support)

General Civil Work (such as Pavement, Drainage, Box Culvert, Pond and Ditch, Road & Curb, Fence & Gate)

Structure Steel Work (such as Pipe Support structure, Equipment support structure)

Supervise and manage site construction activities carried out by subcontractor ensuring timely completion of work and fulfilling all quality & safety aspect and targets)

Also r as material supervision with following responsibilities:

Evaluates requirements for storage, handling and protection.

Receives, identifies, inspects, warehouses and issues materials at the site.

Maintains full inventory of all equipment and consumables for periodic stock control audits. Reports any incidence of theft.

Initiates reports and resolves problems of supplies, which are in excess, short or damaged.

Ensures that all materials and equipment are properly protected and maintained at all times.

4. Position Title :  Sr. Mechanical Systems Engineer

Gresik, 12 months

Role Summary:

The incumbent is tasked to ensure Process Equipment performs safely at required reliability with minimum cost of ownership through preventive and corrective maintenance. He is to minimize the impact of process equipment failures to the business. Most importantly, he is to ensure compliance to internal and external regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

Should possess authorizations per local statutory requirements

5 to 7 years of experience as mechanical maintenance engineer for continuous process plants

Experience of using Computerized Maintenance Management System preferably SAP PM.

5. Position Title: Buyer

Kelapa Gading, 12 months

Purpose of the position

To implement and drive the procurement activities across the commodity portfolio, actively managing spend and suppliers within the country.

Work with the business to identify opportunities to reduce Total Cost of Ownership or value added activity, and ensuring that Procurement takes an active, early and appropriate role to generate maximum benefit.

Act as the speaking partner for the Country with counterparts in APAC Procurement and execute the regional/global Procurement strategies locally.

Manage procurement related transactions in SAP and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)

Guiding, mentoring and involving the team as necessary to achieve the above.

Required qualifications/experience

Bachelor Degree, preferably in Engineering or Business

A good understanding of the business, ideally with a detailed knowledge of the commodity area.

Experience in influencing change successfully

Hands-on knowledge and usage of SAP and SRM tool is preferred

Engineering, Sales, Procurement or other form of commercial experience would be very beneficial

An understanding of the nature of the products/services within the portfolio as they are used in the company would be ideal

6. Position Title: Delivery Analyst

Cikarang, 12 months

Your role as a Delivery Analyst is to ensure safe, efficient & effective Distribution performance. You are required to act as the first level of support for all GOLD System related issues and ensure that the contractor management framework (KPIs, etc.) is in place. You would also be tasked to improve customer satisfaction and enhance profitability of the business.

You should have a degree in Engineering, with a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a gas company or any MNC. In addition, you should have:

Good background in safety management with knowledge of hazards involved in transport operations (of dangerous goods and cryogenic liquids).

Proficiency in using MS Office skills, module etc.

Familiarity with truck and transport operation including technical aspect required

Understanding of supply chain management, scheduling and transport operations work processes & tools.

System implementation: GOLD data integrity & SAP Process, Synergi, SRM and I-tract

Understanding principles of distribution transport service contractors.

Timely resolution of GOLD specific and GOLD-SAP interface problems to avoid prolonged interference to scheduling.

Understanding of financial processes (budgeting, investment planning, accounting etc).

Clear understanding of the logistics operation in the Location/country

7. Position Title: People and Culture Coordinator

Cakung, 6 months renewal

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

Deliver and support activities within HR (mainly administrative).

Support Recruitment and selection activities (at early stage).

Responsible for controlling HR documents: contract renewal, assignment letters, company regulation, etc.

Monitor, control and report the employee’s benefits utilization

Responsible for Learning & Development activities and the accuracy of all training data for the organization.

Support HRBP to ensure implementation of HR processes such as performance management process, Talent Review, etc are complied with the procedures.

Maintain good relationship with internal customers.

8. Position Title: Cost Engineer

Jakarta 24 months

Balikpapan 24 months

Previously worked as Cost Engineer or Estimating Engineer

At least a Bachelor of Engineering degree or a Construction Management Degree

Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years

OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).

At least minimum 7 (seven) years applicable experience in the control of major oil and gas production facilities projects.

Has a working knowledge of applicable industry practices and estimating bases be able to create estimating data bases from bids has been principal engineer responsible for the control of costs and cash flow on similar projects.

Has experienced in the use of computer programs applicable to the control of costs and cash flows on construction projects.

Capable to plan and monitor costs for the project to identify the costs and cash flows.

Has excellent capability to perform sensitivity analysis on the estimates and cash flow forecasts to determine cash requirements and potential problem areas and corrective action to be taken.

Fluent in Communication and writing in English.

9. Position Title: Tank Engineer

Balikpapan/Lawe-Lawe 27 months

Has experience as Tank Engineer especially for large storage tanks

At least a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering

Has maximum age of 55 (fifty five) years old

Has held same position as the proposed PMC position for the last 2 years OR min. has held a position one level under the proposed PMC position for last 5 years in oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing).

Has minimum 7 (seven) years’ experience oil and gas and petrochemical project (i.e. refinery project, petrochemical, and gas processing/ LNG).

Has Experience in design and engineering for a variety of tank types and sizes

Has Experience as Senior Mechanical Engineer or Senior Tank Engineer

Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as, American Petroleum Institute (API), American National Standards Institute (ANSI), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), American Welding Society (AWS), Tubular Exchanger Manufacturers’ Association (TEMA), National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE), American Society of Testing and Materials (ASTM)

It has been the principal engineer responsible for the design, analysis and review for tanks in refinery, gas processing plants and utility facilities

Has a proven ability to perform Mechanical / Tank equipment engineering include study, calculation, datasheet with a high level of quality.

Working knowledge in the use of computer programs (latest mechanical design software)

Had maintained effective relationship with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR and good coordination work to completed engineering activities in accordance with schedule requirements.

Has a good medical record

Fluent in Communication and writing in English

10. Position Title: Capability Building Assistant Manager

Jakarta 35 Months

Job Description

Key Accountabilities of Position:

Determine key areas of activity for the Capability Function with the Capability Building Manager

Undertake and document a training needs analysis to ensure the learning needs for the project are understood for the life of the project. Utilize tools, frameworks, competencies, processes for this purpose and in areas of relevance to the project.

Support project leaders to develop and deliver individual development plans for their team members.

Develop training plans on an annual basis to support local content requirement including project management training, engineering skill development, cultural and language training (for locals and expats) and other training as identified.

Identify and develop training materials to support the training plans including using the WorleyParsons Academy and working with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s).

Schedule and deliver training or support SME’s to deliver training which may take the form of online training (through the WorleyParsons Academy), lunch and learns, classroom training, mentoring and coaching arrangements.

Drive the completion of compliance training including induction and orientation, Code of Conduct, GDPR and others as required.

In conjunction with the project People team, support talent and succession processes

Ensure that learning and development programs conform to HSE and other WorleyParsons policies

Track attendance and completion of learning activities within the project and provide reporting as needed to project management

Essential Skills and Competencies:

Experience Required:

Practical and leadership experience in developing learning and development programs, in the same or similar industry, including experience in training, organizational development, or related experience.

Approximately, a minimum 7-10 years to include experience in training, organizational development, or related experience.

Experience on a large complex project would be advantage

Qualifications, Accreditation, Training Required:

A recognized degree in the relevant discipline or equivalent experience, ideally in Human Resources Management
