1. Corporate Legal Manager (Site Base)

Job Description

• Maintain all company documents (new PT creation or extension, domicile transfer, etc.)

• Annual RUPS and extraordinary RUPS

• Commercial agreements both for internal legal and other department (create template or review) also agreements between company and third parties.

• All loan related documents with the bank (if needed)

General Requirement

• Minimum S1 Law Education

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Legal Manager at Oil and Gas Company

• Honest, Have Integrity, Discipline, Detail, Research, Fast, and Right

• Have interpersonal communication and negotiation skills

• Able to work in teams or individually

2. Procurement Manager (Jakarta Base)

Job Description

• Find and maintain profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships

• Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms

• Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services

• Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries

• Examine and test existing contracts

• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness

• Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company

• Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients

General Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Procurement Manager

• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market

• Talent in negotiations and networking

• Good knowledge of supplier or third party management software

• Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers

• Experience in collecting and analyzing data

3. Project Control Manager (Site Base)

Job Description

• Ensuring the Project controls team produce daily, weekly and monthly reports in line with the project and company reporting calendar, providing details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variances

• Ensure that the project controls processes are consistently applied across the project

• Support and advise the definition on the definition of Project Controls and Earned Value Management policies, procedures and the standards required to deliver projects

General Requirements

• Minimum bachelor degree in Civil Engineering,

• Minimum  5 years’ experience in a similar role

• Effective communication within team and with stakeholder

• An experienced user of relevant Programme tools

• Practical ability to utilize critical project management concept (e.g project planning, risk analysis, configuration management)

4. Cost Estimator (Jakarta Base)

Job Description

• Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.

• Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops

• Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.

• Confer with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.

• Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.

• Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors

• Review material and labor requirements, to decide whether it is more cost-effective to produce or purchase components.

• Prepare cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentation at regular intervals for the duration of the project.

• Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors and subcontractors.

• Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures.

• Establish and maintain tender process, and conduct negotiations.

General Requirement

5. Supervisor for General Support Construction (Site base)

Job Description

• Hiring, training and general management of all employees on the project

• Monitoring performance of sub-contractors and staff

• Monitoring project budget

• Allocating resources, materials, sub-contractors and other staff

• Maintaining a safe, secure and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety codes

General Requirement

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in general construction

• Experience in supervising construction projects

• The ability to set priorities and exercise flexibility where necessary

• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents

6. HSSE Officer (Site Base)

Job Description

• Responsible in supporting HSSE Supervisor and HSSE Manager in development of HSSE statistics and reports, also documentation of corrective actions for non-conformances.

• Closed monitor all worker under their control are competent, have sufficient knowledge and training to carry out safely their respective tasks and project execution.

• Closed monitor the correct, adequate and sufficient safety equipment is provided, monitored and maintained.

• Closed monitor information concerning health, safety and environment is communicated to relevant personnel and any matter concerning health, safety and environment is taken up, investigated and any necessary action taken.

• Closed monitor implementation of Project Environmental Risk and Hazard Assessments.

• Closed monitor that equipment’s are adequate for all respective job and operated only by authorized person.

• Closed monitor that all necessary plan and equipment certificate/registrations are provided and maintained. Safety information to be provided to personnel under their responsibilities.

• Closed monitor that all accidents and dangerous occurrences are reported, thoroughly investigated and action is taken to avoid re-occurrences.

• Closed monitor and responsible to HSE policies and procedures implementation.

• Full involvement in every tasks and activity Daily Toolbox Meetings in coordination with HSSE Supervisor.

• Provide advice of how to use PPE properly in accordance to work safely to all worker at site.

• Provide advice in day-to day development of Permit to work, JSA and implementation of Tool box meeting, and equipment pre-use inspection.

General Requirement

• Certified in General Occupational Safety and Health Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) or Ahli K3 Migas, First Aid Training and Basic Fire Fighting from Kemenaker is preferred.

• Able to understand English (Passive).

• Essential to have good interpersonal skill.

• Essential to have good communication skill.

• Able to work in remote area with schedule of 12 weeks on 4 weeks off.

• Have knowledge of Safety Regulations of Indonesia.

• Have at least 2-year experiences in field Safety program implementation (Applicable for non-K3 or Environment Engineering Degree graduate).

• Degree in Occupational Safety and Health (K3) or Environment Engineering is preferred but not essential, any under-graduate program (S-1) or Diploma (D-3) in Engineering/Technic are welcome to apply. Fresh graduate of Degree in Occupational Safety and Health (K3) are welcome.

7. Deputy HSSE Manager (Site Base)

Job Description

• Assist HSSE Manager in ensuring compliance with HSSE Plan, COMPANY Golden Rules and all other related procedures, in relation to the work.

• Able to provide advice and full support to the Project Manager on HSSE matter. Assist Site Manager and Construction Manager in the project execution for HSSE Plan implementation.

• Assist HSSE Manager in implementing the overall HSSE strategy, HSSE management system, HSSE Plan, HSSE procedures and HSSE KPI and leads the implementation to achieve the overall work objectives.

• Assist HSSE Manager and able to lead and drive a common and consistent risk based HSSE culture to the Project Team throughout the work and at all work sites.

• Able to execute the HSSE internal audit and compliance assurance programs.

• Assist HSSE Manager in implementing HSSE regulatory requirement and HSSE local environment issues to enable team to commence development of HSSE outline and then identifies HSSE resources and training program.

• Ensure that committed resources (personnel, material and equipment) used are consistent with achieving the objectives and requirements of Project HSSE Plan and all related documents.

• Able to reviews/verifies HSSE reporting to CONTRACTOR.

• Review the development of the HSSE Management and plan, includes input the update.

• Supervise and coordinate the Project HSSE Engineer, HSSE Supervisor and Officers to ensure that the respective control areas are given in the required level of safety support and attention.

• Ensure that all HSSE reports and findings of any unsafe conditions/practices is brought to the attention of field management and those are immediately corrected.

• Coordinate any HSSE issues with CONTRACTOR and COMPANY if necessary.

• Actively participate in accident/incident investigations and supervision to its HSSE personnel.

• Cooperate with project field supervisors in work execution.

• Implement risk assessment of project execution by determine where the routine and non-routine job as long as contract execution.

• Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately in compliance with CONTRACTOR procedure, including near misses.

General Requirement

• Minimum of 10 years HSE experience, 3 years HSE experience in Oil and Gas industry or Energy, previous experience as HSSE Lead or Coordinator

• Certified in General Occupational Safety and Health Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) or Ahli K3 Migas.

• Able to write, speak, understand and develop report and daily communication in English.

• Able to lead and solve problem related to site HSE matters

• Proficient in operating Microsoft Office Programs.

• Have the experience in coordinating and/or lead more than 10 HSE personnel on-site.

• Good interpersonal skill. Able to speak in front of large group of personnel.

• Proficient in delivering HSE trainings.

• Able to work in remote area with schedule of 12 weeks on 4 weeks off.

• Proficient knowledge of Safety Regulations of Indonesia.

• Degree in Occupational Safety and Health (K3) or Engineering is preferred but not essential, any under-graduate program (S-1) or Diploma (D-3) in Engineering/Technic are welcome to apply.

8. Deputy QA/QC Manager (Site Base)

Job Description

• Full support QA/QC Manager to control and implement Quality System at Project level, in cooperation with construction & Site Manager and all functions to estabalish Project quality documentation, such as : Project Quality Plan / Control, Quality Procedures & Inspection Test Plan

• Ensure that Welding process has been executed with qualified welder, welding parameter used in according WPS & welding is accepted as specification / Code

• Control of NDT process from selection of qualified NDT sub – contractor, NDT personnel qualification, & interpretation for acceptance of NDT report

• Support QAQC Manager to perform assignment QC Engineer’s, Inspectors/ Supervisor’s direction

• Support QA/QC Manager in leasing with clients about all the quality matters and contract requirements.

• Support QA/QC Manager to control the overall quality activities of the Project

• Ensuring that the test, controls and inspections are carried out and documented in accoradance with the Project Requiremnets.

• Supporting QA/QC Manager in relations with the contractor and with the designated Authorities responsible for quality matters

• Acting QA/QC Manager during QA/QC Manager on leave

General Requirement

• Minimum of 10 years QA/QC experience, 3 years QA/QC experience in Oil and Gas industry or Energy, previous experience as QA/QC Lead or Coordinator.

• Able to write, speak, understand and develop report and daily communication in English.

• Able to work in remote area with schedule of 12 weeks on 4 weeks off.

• Able to lead and solve problem related to site QA/QC matters.

• Bachelor Degree in any major.

• Certified CSWIP 3.1.

9. Lifting Engineer (Site Base)

Job Description

• Selects the suitable crane according to the equipment specification, site standards & safety factor.

• Creates the drawings (lifting plan, rigging study, load test drawing, exclusion zone drawing, lifting tackle arrangement etc) in Auto CAD and carry out the necessary calculation.

• Carries out the site validation according to the preliminary drawing along with the lifting supervisor.

• Analyses the risks involved & suggests control measures to avoid/reduce risks

• Prepares the project lifting schedule/ plan with the aid of MS Project

• Prepares the work pack(including method statement and risk assessment), gets approval from the Higher authorities & submits to the client for approval.

• Carries out the presentation of the lifting plan to the client

General Requirement

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Lifting Engineer

• Able to write, speak, understand and develop report and daily communication in English.

• Able to work in remote area with schedule of 12 weeks on 4 weeks off.

• Able to lead and solve problem related to site Engineering matters.

• Bachelor Degree in any Engineering majir.

• Certified CSWIP 3.1.

10. Drafter (Site Base)

Job Description

• Obtains basic civil, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical data from documents, occupant interviews, and field measurements.

• Prepares floor plans, site plans, and other drawings for small construction and minor alteration projects using computer aided drafting techniques.

• Compiles specifications and contract documents from existing sources for assigned projects.

• Performs inspections of existing facilities to determine and verify structural detail, mechanical services, and site layout, and to coordinate construction with plans and specifications.

• Assists in preparation of cost estimates and in scheduling construction and renovation projects.

• Utilizes state-of-the-art CAD equipment and technology; maintains current knowledge of CAD technology principles and applications.

• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Drafter.

• Able to write, speak, understand and develop report and daily communication in English.

• Able to work in remote area with schedule of 12 weeks on 4 weeks off.

• Knowledge of contract documents and specifications.

• Ability to collect field data and accurately record findings.

• Ability to prepare floor, site, and other architectural plans using CAD drafting techniques.
