Some of your duties will include:

• This position responsible & accountable to assist with the managing Plant Administration operation related to JDE Asset Management, Assets Reporting, General Ledger, Costing & Plant Overhead review, Forecasting, other financial and administration functions associated with plant administration in Jakarta

• Deliver Plant Management Reporting on time and accuracy.

• Reviewing plant journal adjustments and ensure complete and accurate allocation.

• Leasing process management when require.

• Reviewing General Ledger reconciliation

Some of your duties will include;

• Provide leadership to manage mining technology / systems streams under Technology Systems to support / provide services to end users of the following area : Business Technology & Mining Systems

Some of your duties will include;

• To manage contract functions, supervise and manage a group of Contract Specialists, coordinate contracts administration activities for tender and awarding process, respond to contract performance issues, contribute to Thiess corporate objectives

• Manage and responsible for supervising a group of Contract Specialist in performing daily activities/job tasks, achieving team goals and meet the objectives

• Reviewing tender and contract documents to ensure the necessary term and conditions are all incorporated.

• Analysing all required analysis to ensure it is the most favourable option to the Company.

Some of your duties will include:             

• Provide administer and execute the implementation of TCI employee health & medical program on site;

• Liaise with external medical providers to ensure employees and their family are treated appropriately;

• Act as Corporate Health Services representative on site;

• Implement TCI Safety Management System, processes and programs to ensure the conservation of people, property, environment and profits.

What skills and experience do you need?

• You should have background Medical Doctor with minimum 5 years’ experience in medical field preferably in similar role as a mining company doctor; Valid STR; Having Hiperkes certificate, valid ATLS & ACLS certificates; Become advantage if have MKK or MKKK qualification and Industrial hygienist certified;

SPECIALIST TRAINING CRC – 926459

(BALIKPAPAN – Contract Basis)

Some of your duties will include:             

• Provide training to TCI employees and CRC team in all aspects of mechanical in order to increase productivity, maintenance and improve personnel’s capability, including delivering effective theoretical & practical training in accordance with Thiess standard

• Assist in the design of training material which is relevant to used competency standards;

• Provide report and feedback of training activities to CRC supervision and TCI Training & Development Supervisors in order to keep the alignment systems between Training & Development and CRC

• Actively involved in maintain and monitor of training equipment used for training activities and provide report to superiors when noncompliance found;

• Provide accurate report based on training report participants’ data to Plant Training in order to assist in database improvement

• Provide result of training to Superintendent CRC, Superintendent Plant Training and CRC Manager

SUPERVISOR MECHANIC TMRP – 926462

Some of your duties will include:             

• To plan and coordinate the repair and service of equipment according to TMS plant department policies and procedures to ensure availability targets and budget are achieved

• Lead, organise and provide direction for employees to ensure ourstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSEQ outcomes and the business results

• Ensure the allocation of spare parts and allocation of tools and equipment is closely scrutinized

• Ensure all paperwork is carried out correctly and handed to the appropriate personnel on time

SUPERINTENDENT WAREHOUSE – 926427

Some of your duties will include:

• Responsible for the management of all Warehouse operations.

• Liaise with the Balikpapan and Jakarta Logistics department to efficiently expedite materials to site.

• Review and monitoring of all Store costing, receipts, issues, storage, allocation, and inventory levels.

• Communicate effectively with all parties on matters relating to receipts and deliveries of Spare Parts and/or operational materials on arrival.

• Ensuring that the best pricing and practices are put into place and monitored in relation to maximizing the best financial outcome for the Project.

• Daily communication with other departments in relation daily activities, expediting priorities, reviews, and reports.

• Liaise with Central Warehouse Balikpapan for the management of the JDE Warehouse Centralized Inventory Management.

• Management of all stock takes and reconciliation’s in relation to under / over.

• Monthly Store evaluations of Stock and Direct Charge Materials.

• Maintenance and distribution of KPI’s in relation to all Store Stock.

• Management of the Fuel and Oil requirements, shipping, receipts, and daily stock-takes, and reconciliation’s.

• Oversee processing and data entry of daily fuel, oil and plant returns and follow up input issues as required.

• Managing the end of month SMU Hours reconciliation (Forklift and LV).

• Managing the correction of daily cost committed, follow up with journal and reversing cost in the system

• Assisting Planning section in relation to correction on Work Order and any other financial issues.

• Lease with Site Admin Manager/Project Manager in all of financial issues.

Some of your duties will include:

• Lead, organize and provide direction for employees to ensure required goal and performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results;

• Manage the relevant mobile plant assets to To ensure that the Maintenance Department goals are achieved, No TSE breach, Zero LTI, by following the procedures which are set up in TGS;

• Ensure maximum communication levels are maintained between workshop and operations personnel regarding breakdowns safety issues, and prioritizing of the equipment repairs;

• Ensure there is effective utilization of plant personnel and resources to achieve optimum performance in all facets;

• Assist Plant Planning & Sites in the development of structured plant maintenance schedules; optimize major rebuild schedules with Plant Planning; Ensure that daily maintenance schedule and digger refueling time are carried out in safe and monitored; Planning and Coordination of shutdown work in cooperation with Planning Department. • Participate in the planning process to manage forward purchasing activities for components and parts; Analysis of component condition and recommendation of parts required. Ensure that the correct procedures are used when breakdowns and failures troubleshooting.

• Proactively train workforce to meet plant operational requirements;

• Liaise with OEM’s, dealers and suppliers to purchase parts and to optimize plant operational and cost performance;

• Investigation and reporting of all incidents damaged to all equipment in the field and associated area, this is included for the operator abuse.

• Ensure that there is no impact for the environment from the activities that are carried out to operate and repair equipment by ensuring the procedures in the TGS and Project Management Plan are in place.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Trade Qualifications or Maintenance / Engineering qualification with minimum 12 years trade experience in large mining or construction industry and has minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role as Superintendent Mechanic for Big Digger unit such as Hitachi and Liebherr Excavators; Staff Management;

• Understanding the heavy plant business; knowledge in OEM products in Heavy Equipment; handling diagnostic skills in all aspects of mechanical repairs; OHS Regulations;

Some of your duties will include:

• To ensure that the maintenance department goals are achieved, by following the procedures set out in the TGS

• Communication and reporting. Ensure maximum communication levels are maintained between workshop and operations personnel regarding breakdowns safety issues, and prioritizing of equipment repairs

• Ensure that all area supervisors’ accurately complete daily breakdown reports, supervisors shift report, PCR’s for submission the planning and administration. Ensure accurate breakdown hours information is provided

• Analysis of component condition and recommendation of parts required. Ensure correct procedures used when troubleshooting breakdowns and failures

• Ensure that there is no impact on the environment from the activities that are carried out to operate and repair equipment by ensuring that the procedures in the TGS and Sangatta Management plan are followed

What skills and experience do you need?

• Applicants should have minimum Senior High School, Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Trade Specialist is preferred; Requires a minimum 5 years’ professional experience in similar role as Supervisor Mechanic with relevant qualification in Mechanical HE Repair and Maintenance Supervision in the mining industry, planning of daily shut down schedule and breakdown repair;

• Mechanical & auto electrical repair experience in experience in Big Digger unit : Liebherr, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi ; handling diagnostic skill in all aspects of electrical repairs;
