LIFTING SUPERVISORS
• Hold MIGAS Crane Inspection Certificate and or API 2D certified.
• Experience on maintenance Personnel Transfer and hold Personnel Transfer Inspection Certificate (FROG Certified)
• 10 years worldwide experience in performing the similar job of crane and lifting equipment maintenance/repair offshore in Oil and Gas Industries with
• minimum 5 years at supervisory level.
• 50 Years old maximum.
• Familiar with mechanical, electrical & instrument systems of lifting equipment.
• Computer literacy software is mandatory to make maintenance service report, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• He must have proven ability as a leader of small teams.
LIFTING FIELD TECHNICIANS – MECHANICAL
• Experience working offshore for 5 years on maintenance of pedestal cranes.
• Experience on maintenance Personnel Transfer and hold Personnel Transfer Inspection Certificate (FROG Certified)
• 50 Years old maximum.
• Proven level competency in general mechanical, rigging, slinging activities and specific parts of lifting equipment (Winch, diesel engine, hydraulic system, etc.)
• Competent with cranes and lifting gears.
• Computer literacy software is mandatory to make maintenance service report, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
LIFTING FIELD TECHNICIANS – ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENT
• Experience working offshore for 5 years on maintenance of pedestal cranes.
• 50 Years old maximum.
• Proven level competency in general electrical & instrument and specific parts of lifting equipment (electrical load indicator system, slip ring, solenoid, etc.).
• Competent with cranes and lifting gears.
• Computer literacy software is mandatory to make maintenance service report, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
LIFTING FIELD ENGINEERS
• Have minimum working offshore for 5 years on maintenance of pedestal cranes and relevant technical discipline qualification as Mechanical Engineering degree.
• 56 Years old maximum.
• Capable to conduct root cause analysis for the crane and lifting gears problems.
• Have direct offshore work experiences ensuring their capability to conduct or manage work directly on sites.
• Have the experience in set up scheduling, maintenance planning (includes materials) and coordinate the field activities.
• Computer literacy software is mandatory to make summaries report of service maintenance report, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
LIFTING PLANNER, SCHEDULER AND TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT
• Have experience working offshore minimum 2 years as technician (mechanical or electrical-instrument) to maintenance the lifting equipment (pedestal crane)
• Graduate from Diploma School with 2 years’ experience or High School (e.g. SMU or SMA or STM) with 5 years’ experience in the similar job.
• 50 Years old maximum.
• Have the experience in set up scheduling, maintenance planning (includes materials) and coordinate the field activities.
• Computer literacy is mandatory, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Have experience to make work instruction for the field activities.
• Have experience to summarize the service report of field activities.
• Physical ability go to the onshore and offshore installations (or to work there) in the climatic conditions of the site.
• Work at Company office.
LIFTING PROJECT MANAGER
• Minimum have experience working in oil & gas field for 10 years as maintenance responsible person (mechanical, electrical, instrument).
• Minimum Graduate from Diploma School with 10 years’ experience or High School (e.g. SMU or SMA or STM) with 15 years’ experience.
• 55 Years old maximum.
• Computer literacy is mandatory, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Have experience to make work instruction and summarize the service report of field activities.
• Be able to monitor and compile plan cost and actual cost crane & frog maintenance.
• Submit weekly activity report, and annually report which consist of (but not limited) highlight of maintenance activity, achievement vs target as per KPI (reliability & availability, material inventory strategy, HSE), contract’s budget control, percentage of usage the personnel, status of required urgent materials, status of required mandatory and recommended training (technical and HSE) of the personnel etc.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities are completed in a timely manner and that all inspection and maintenance duties
• Physical ability go to the onshore and offshore installations (visit or to work there) in the climatic conditions of the site.

QUALIFICATION
• S1 Ahli Nautika Kelas 2
• Sea experience at least as second mate / Navigating Officer on SOLAS Vessel GT 500 & up. Preferably on Offshore Area minimum 2 years
• Basic Knowledge : Good knowledge operation of AHTS, AHT, RADAR, ARPA & VHF, Vessel Operation and maintenance, maritime regulation (national & international)
SCOPE OF WORK
• Responsible for the monitoring traffic and coordination of ships or vessels within the port or harbour in order to avoid collisions or incidents by managing movements from a port control centre.
• Perform the jobs related to responsibility to respect the HSE policies, Code of Conduct and Standard operating Procedures (SOP)
• Making a daily report and inform regularly to lead supervisor or superintendent for a progress and trouble shooting
Production Operation Engineer
QUALIFICATION
• Engineering ( Preferable from Chemical of Petroleum Engeneering)
• Experience Discipline 1 – 3 years Oil and Gas Industry
• Knowledge on production and process. Engineering and Safety
• Planing and organizing, Analytical Thingking, Diagnostic Information Gathering, Communication and coordination skill, Interpersonal Awereness, and Sense of priority
SCOPE OF WORK
• Conduct the jobs to service matters in order to respect the HSE policies and procedures.
• Coordinate in performing studies and analysis particularly related to HSE performance on sites to provide the recommendation for further follow up actions.
• Assist hierarchy to be focal point for any study requested by sites to provide engineering support in the field operations.
• Perform follow up actions of technical studies / modifications to ensure the efficient technical assistance from Balikpapan entities and site operations
• Perform spesific studies on production performance tracking and improvement to ensure the availability of production method engeneering inputs on various initiatives.
• Prepare and analyze the content of Opreating procedures and Standing Instruction at FO/OFS level to ensure the validity and reliability of the document.

Senior Civil Engineer
QUALIFICATION
• S1 Civil Engineering
